Jadeworld Carnival 2008 @ Hurstville
Yesterday was the annual Jadeworld Carnival and Moses Chan and Tavia Yeung was the TVB representatives!!! It was initially going to be held at Kempt Field, which is outdoors and was eventually moved to the Civic Centre in Hurstville. Luckily they did that, i was concerned that it will be outdoors and i'm going to have so much trouble holding an umbrella and a camera at the same time...
Soo happy that Moses and Tavia came this year... im in both of their fan clubs!! Unfortunately i couldn't get a ticket for the autographs so i didn't get a close up of them... so disappointed...but then im in their fanclub and i go back to hk nearly every year so im not that concerned... i'll definitely have the opportunity to see them again.. hehe...
Another thing i was happy to see was TVBuddy!!! soo cute!!!
There was also another chinese guy called "Pu Ba Jia" 蒲巴甲 who came... didn't know who he was... but he was quite cute and was quite a good singer...
Tavia came out first... first the hosts talked to Tavia and how its her first time in Australia, hope she has a great time here!! she sang 終生美麗.. wonder why she picked this song... haha cos i remember Angela Tong who came 2 years ago also sang this song... couldn't TVBA find another song?
After Tavia, it was Moses!!! From the screams of the crowd, moses definitely had more fans... Also he started off saying how he is glad to be back in Australia after so many years... and how he used to have no fans in Australia, and is very proud to see that now he has sooo many fans in Australia. Moses sang a medley of many songs!!
Then the both came out to talk about 家好月圓 Moonlight Resonance, and asked about how the story will go on...whether 阿卡 would go with 阿月 or 嘉美... And Moses asked the crowd who they would like... And the crowd screamed 阿月!!!! Moses then said but she's my sister... Everyone and Tavia then said "SO WHAT!" haha i thought that was funny... then someone in the crowd screamed out "照上!" haha... They then explained that it will be a satisfying and happy ending... which i think will turn out that he wouldn't go with any of the 2...
Then it was of course the games section... wasn't that funny to watch.. it was the marching game from "Super Trio Show" how you have to stop marching or just parts of your body...
After the games... it was time for Autographs.. So disappointed that i didn't get a ticket to go up on the stage.. then at least i could say hi get a close up for the fans club!!!
Overall i had a great time!!! i got to see Moses and Tavia finally!!! I also took videos of them singing...so i'll upload them when i find out how to get it out of my dvcam...
